Repair Policies

Evaluation Fee: A non-refundable evaluation fee of $75 is required to diagnose your equipment. This fee will be applied towards the final repair cost if you proceed.

Our hourly repair rate is $100, billed in 15-minute increments with a minimum one hour. The hourly rate is applied to both diagnostic time and repair time.

Repair Warranty: All repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for the specific issue repaired.

Unclaimed Equipment: Equipment left for more than 60 days after a repair is completed or a quote is provided will be considered abandoned.

Additional Policies:

• Quote Accuracy: All quotes are estimates. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen issues or parts needed.
• Typical Turnaround Time: Our typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks, but this can vary based on repair complexity and parts availability.
• Payment & Invoicing: Payment is due upon completion of the repair and before the equipment is returned. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
• "No Fix, No Fee" Policy: If we are unable to repair your equipment, you will only be responsible for the non-refundable evaluation fee.
• Previous Repair Attempts: Equipment that has been tampered with or previously repaired may incur a higher evaluation fee.
• Parts Sourcing: The turnaround time for vintage equipment is dependent on the availability of parts, which may require additional time for sourcing.
